Howdy y'all! Here are some hightlights of our summer...up to the middle of July. (Then we get a bit more specific!) 

April 2013

Soph starts some cereal...mmmm....not! She preferred yogurt and mashed bananas to rice/oatmeal cereal!

May 2013

Sophie is 6 months! A few of my favorites...

 For Dan's birthday we spent the night in Glenwood Springs. The next day we hiked up to Hanging Lake....Great hike! 

 I love that we're three now... :)

Sophia's first camping trip!!! She did really well...other than it was a bit cold at night!

 Mmmm....steak dinner! We found Ribeye steak at a local mountain grocery store for 4.99/lb!

 Other than having two flat tires and having to buy a full new set, it was a great trip!

June 2013

Sophie has TEETH! AH! 

 So few pictures :( But we took a quick trip down to Mexico to see Joel, Kristi and Soraya!

July 2013

 In early July we were able to have some dear friends stay with us! Shayne, Emily, Brady and little Maddie! 

The girls are about 6 weeks apart! 

 Jeeping! It was so fun to have another jeep along! 

 Such a great family...we love you guys!

 All three of the kiddos playing together...they are going to be good buds!

 Another toy from Rose! She hit the jackpot at a garage sale!

Haiti: part two

 Dan did a first aid refresher class while we were there...Mark made a willing volunteer!

 Jidel LOVED Sophie...as soon as he saw her he tried to hold her..

 Out of order....but Sophie did pretty good on the planes...only a few wailing episodes....I now have more compassion and understanding for other parents with kids on the plane!

 One morning we woke up Joel with Sophie beside him...

 Dad, Alisha, Dan, Brent and Rob Thompson went on a two day trip to Pic Makaya...the highest peak in the southern part of Haiti. Here are some pics of their adventure!
